Delete your FizziQ Junior teacher account
You can request the deletion of your FizziQ Junior teacher account at any time. Send your request by e-mail to info@fizziqlab.org, stating the e-mail address of the account to be deleted. Deletion takes effect within 30 days.
Data deleted
- the account's e-mail address;
- the teacher code;
- the received lab notebooks;
- the archived PDF exports.
Deletion is final: received lab notebooks cannot be recovered afterwards.
Students' local data
Data stored locally on students' devices (student accounts and notebooks that have not been transmitted) is not affected by this deletion and remains under the teacher's control. It can be deleted directly in the app or by uninstalling it.
